This notice covers the Payette AI LLC public website and initial business inquiries. Client engagements have separate contracts and data-handling requirements.

Website visits

This site has no account login, contact-form database, advertising pixels, or site-installed analytics scripts. It is hosted through Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Information you send

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, business contact information, and inquiry. We use it to respond, evaluate a potential engagement, and maintain business records. Email and hosting providers process information as part of providing their services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Keep sensitive information out of email

Do not send patient information, claims files, credentials, financial account details, or controlled government information through this website's email links. An inquiry does not establish an approved secure data-transfer channel or a client relationship.

Retention and requests

We retain business correspondence as needed for the inquiry, business records, and applicable obligations. To ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, email brandon@payette.ai. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons.
